Cancellation Policy: We understand plan can change.If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment,please let us know 24 hours in advance.Failure to provide sufficient notice for cancellation may result in a cancellation fee 50% of the booking.
Size Booking:
1)We do not accommodate incorrect size bookings. Kindly take into action the size of your pet when making a booking.
2) If your pet is found to have Fleas or ticks, we may administer treatment at your expenses. Fleas shampoo will be administrated upon detecting any fleas, with an additional charge for.
